Refund and Returns Policy
1. Return Window
We offer a 15-day return period. Therefore, you must request a return within 15 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective Cars . However, you must meet the following conditions:
- Car must remain unused and uninstalled
- Car must stay in original condition and packaging
- All accessories must be included
- Car must not show wear, damage, or modification
- You must provide proof of purchase
As a result, we can process your return quickly and accurately.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect Car, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In addition, include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once we verify the issue, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Therefore, you can resolve the issue quickly and without hassle.
4. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)
We also accept returns for non-defective items. However, you must meet all return eligibility requirements.

- We do not refund original shipping charges
In this case, we process your return once we receive and inspect the item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or installed Car
- Custom or special-order Cars
- Final sale or clearance Cars
6. Return Process
To start a return, contact us at info@trustridemotors.com within the 15-day window. Then, include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
After approval, we will provide clear return instructions.
7. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In addition, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. As a result, you can avoid issues with lost shipments.
8. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your Car, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
9. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. However, after this period, we may already process or ship the order, so cancellation may not be possible.
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the original Car and place a new order.
